Contact Information
Description
The Contact Information tab in the Person object captures all essential communication details for an individual. This tab is crucial for ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information for members and other stakeholders.
We have discussed using a plugin to gather geocoding data on U.S. addresses - county, with U.S. state and federal district information based on the address. This would provide additional data points for analysis and reporting.

Required Fields
Line 1, Line 2, City, State, Postal Code, Country, Phone Number, Phone Type, and Email are required fields for the front facing website.
First Name, Last Name, and Country are requred fields if a person record is added from the backend.
Country has a default value of "United States" in Aptify and the Person record cannot be saved without it.
Unused Fields
These fields appear in Aptify, but AANP does not utilize them on this entity.

Notes
- For external users, additional required fields include Email, Address, Phone Number, and Practice Status.
- The Practice Status options are Licensed NP, Student, Retired, or Non-NP.
